What is it?

The Little Llamas summer camp is a place where children play and learn Spanish and about South American culture. The lessons will go together with movement activities, songs, books, storytelling, crafts and games.  As we are located at a school with a playground, we will include both indoor and outdoor activities.

Some of the things they’ll learn:

Basic Spanish vocabulary and pronunciation. Such as:

Greetings, colors, feelings, opposites, parts of the body, days of the week, weather, clothing, food, etc.
Wild and domesticated animals, and other areas of special interest to children.
Common expressions and situational dialogues.  An introduction to South American culture — typical music and dances from Latin-American countries and traditional food.
